Terms and conditions of sale
1. Prices
Prices published at www.uruguayeces.com are shown in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT.
The company reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to a customer’s purchase will be the price in force at the time of purchase.
Offers remain valid while they are displayed on the website or while stocks last.
2. Payment methods
- Bank transfer, to be completed within a maximum of three working days.
- Credit or debit card through a secure payment gateway.
- PayPal.
- Bizum.
- Cash on delivery, with an additional charge of €3.
3. Product availability
Products are subject to availability. If a product cannot be supplied, the customer will be informed and the corresponding amount will be refunded.
4. User registration
Registration is not required to browse the shop, but is required to make a purchase.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018.
5. Purchase process
You must be over 18 years old to make a purchase.
The purchase process includes selecting products, entering delivery details, choosing a shipping method and selecting a payment method.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
Under the applicable regulations, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must communicate the decision using the contact methods available on this website.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
The customer may choose the transport company and is responsible for the return shipment until it is received.
Once the product has been received and its condition checked, the corresponding amount, excluding shipping costs, will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Returns of used or altered products, or products without their original packaging, will not be accepted unless the product is defective.
7. Defective products
If a product is defective or there has been an error in the shipment, the company will cover the collection and replacement costs.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will submit to the courts of the consumer’s place of residence.
