Order preparation
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within one working day after payment has been confirmed.
Estimated delivery times
- Mainland Spain: 24–72 working hours, depending on the selected carrier.
- Balearic Islands: up to approximately 96 hours with TIPSA Baleares.
- Portugal: approximately 3–4 days with NACEX Portugal. Delivery times for other services are displayed when you choose your carrier.
- Europe and other destinations: delivery times depend on the destination country and the available carrier.
- Canary Islands: delivery is subject to transport and customs procedures. Any applicable import taxes and charges are payable at destination.
Transit times are estimates starting from dispatch.
Free shipping
- Mainland Spain: from €50.
- Balearic Islands: from €70.
- Portugal: from €60.
- Other destinations: check the conditions displayed in your basket.
The available carrier and shipping cost depend on the destination and your order. Check the options displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
Delivery conditions
- Your order will be delivered to the address you enter at checkout. Please check that your details are correct.
- Orders are not dispatched or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including transport incidents and weather conditions.
- Delivery is considered completed when the carrier makes the order available to you and receipt is signed.
Receiving your order
Please check the condition of your parcel when it arrives. If you notice visible damage, record it on the carrier’s delivery note and contact us within 24 hours of receipt so that we can deal with the incident through the transport insurance.
Receipts and invoices
Your purchase receipts or invoices will be available in your customer account at www.uruguayeces.com.
